軍隊處戒備狀態 北韓：準備全面戰爭

（法新社首爾22日電） 北韓警告準備發動「全面戰爭」。北韓領導人金正恩命令前線軍人進入備戰狀態，並對南韓下最後通牒，要求在今天下午前停止邊境的心戰廣播。

兩韓20日罕見在邊境開砲交火後，南韓軍隊進入最高警戒，處於分裂狀態的朝鮮半島軍事緊張升高。

根據南韓聯合新聞通訊社，北韓外交部今天凌晨在官方北韓中央通信社發表聲明說：「我們的軍隊與人民準備好發動全面戰爭，不單只是回應或報復，而是捍衛我們人民選擇的體制。」

北韓外交部聲明說：「局勢已經升高到戰爭邊緣，不再能逆轉。」

根據法新社，北韓常駐聯合國副代表安明勳（AnMyong Hun）在紐約也警告，「如果南韓沒有回應我方最後通牒，我們的軍事對抗將無可避免，而且力道將非常強勁」。

安明勳告訴記者：「朝鮮半島局勢逼近戰爭邊緣。」
